ANDREW MITCHELL

Office Manager

Andrew brings his experience of client-focused account management from many years of working in market research agencies, plus sales in inflight media. He has also developed his own businesses in the past and understands the importance of effective communications for the successful running of an SME. From starting in a sales role at Connect-it, he has built his knowledge of the various systems used by customers, and is able to advise on technical questions and how to get the best out of phone systems.

YVONNE ROBERTS

Client Services

Yvonne has joined us after 30 years in field sales after deciding to scale back her work load and be more locally based. Yvonne has extensive knowledge of all sales processes and is very customer focused. Her role within the company is mainly administration and customer care. Yvonne looks after our CRM system, Blogging and Advertising and shares in looking after our incoming calls and helping with customer queries.

JINNY DAVIS

Social Media Manager

Jinny joined us last year after a successful career in the NHS. Jinny wanted to be part of the family business so looking at how she could enhance the existing customer care team already in place, recently completed a social media diploma. Jinny now looks after all our social media which is fast becoming a big focus on growing the business. Jinny is also a part of the general customer care team and enjoys dealing with our clients either face to face or on the phone.

SAM GILLIE

Client Services

Sam has recently joined us from a similar role within the telecoms industry. She is a focused and valued member of the customer services team and looks after our billing platform on behalf of both Connect-it and our customers. In addition, Sam shares all the incoming calls into the company. Sam has an extensive background in customer services through running pubs in Swale and Medway so is very capable of keeping cool in any situation.

BRYAN DAVIS

Boss

Bryan is the founder and owner of Connect-it. He started as a small family business in 2009 on a kitchen table, after having one of those conversations with an employer who told Bryan he didn’t know what he was talking about. The story of our success is a testimony to the high quality service and support that our team provides to each of our customers every day.

REG GOSLIN

Sales

Reg brings 35 years of experience from within the sales and communications industry. His successes range from telephony to multi-site data networks in addition to people and leadership skills and providing exceptional customer services. Reg is also working towards a personal performance qualifications which is one of his passions. Reg's role within Connect-it is to develop a sales channel in order to contribute to the overall growth plans for the business.
